Payment Terms
Payment is requested after scope and fee confirmation. Fixed-fee assignments normally require 100% advance before work starts. Custom or complex assignments follow the accepted quotation.
GST, if applicable, and government, statutory, portal or third-party charges are separate.
Refund & Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on work stage, professional time used, applicable taxes and payment charges.
Privacy Policy
Information and documents are used for requirement handling, communication, payment, compliance and service delivery.
Document Handling
Users should upload accurate and lawful documents. Sensitive information is handled for the stated requirement.
Invoice and Receipt
Payment confirmation is not itself a tax invoice. A tax invoice is issued only where GST applies. Otherwise a payment receipt may be issued.
